Refund policy

Since we’re selling handcrafted & art based products, we practice a 7 days executive specification policy. Within this timeframe, you’ll be able to ask for changes about your item, minor customization without additional fees. Past this delay, the execution starts and no modification is allowed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Non refundable items

Our items cannot be returned nor refunded since there are Art based products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or returns.
